If you’re coming for waist bead tying, please dress comfortably for an accurate fit! Waist beads are best tied directly onto your skin without clothing in the way, though it's not required. Here are a few tips to ensure the best fit:
Comfort is key: If you're wearing a jumpsuit or high-waisted jeans, that’s fine, but be aware that the fit may not be as accurate as when tied directly on the skin. Low-waisted jeans are ideal, as they allow me to tie the beads just below the belly button for the most accurate placement.
Clothing considerations: If you’re wearing tight clothing like jeans, some people like to unbutton them slightly for a more comfortable and accurate fit. Just make sure not to hold your breath—this can make the waist beads too tight.
Bloated? No problem: It’s actually great if you come while feeling bloated or after eating! The waist beads should still be comfortable, so this gives you a great idea of how they’ll feel throughout the day. Some people prefer a tighter fit to promote weight loss, but I suggest doing what feels right for your body. I don't recommend the beads be too tight as this can be uncomfortable and even cause rolls, just like wearing clothes that are too tight. It’s always better to go for a comfortable fit that feels natural.
Mirror for reassurance: There will be a mirror available so you can watch the process and see how the beads sit. I’ll take my time to ensure the fit is just how you like it, but please feel free to let me know if you want any adjustments!

If you’d like to use the extra beads to make an anklet, no need to remove your footwear right away—I’ll be tying the anklet as is. If you happen to come wearing bulky boots or socks, feel free to slip them off when you arrive for a more accurate fit, but it’s no big deal if you forget! Regular socks are fine too, just keep in mind it may not be as precise. Whatever works for you, I’ll make sure the anklet fits perfectly when we get started!
